# eventcloud > The unlimited event ticketing and registration platform. Unlimited events, tickets and registrations on one flat per-user subscription, with zero per-ticket fees. Ticket revenue settles directly to your own Stripe account. eventcloud is for event organisers running conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, festivals, summits, galas and corporate events. The defining differentiator is UNLIMITED: you pay a flat fee per team member (a "seat"), with no per-ticket fees, no booking fees, no transaction fees charged by eventcloud, no usage limits and no usage-based paygates. Selling more tickets never increases the bill, so success is never a billing event. You can build and test an entire event for free with no time limit; an active subscription is required to publish the event and start selling tickets. ## Positioning - eventcloud competes on unlimited usage and included features, not on being the cheapest sticker price. The pitch: conference-grade capability (badging, sessions, white-label, own-Stripe payments) at a flat, predictable per-seat price, where most alternatives either charge per ticket (cost scales with success) or start at five figures a year with paid add-ons. - Versus per-ticket platforms (e.g. Eventbrite, Ticket Tailor, Humanitix): eventcloud charges $0 per ticket at any volume; the subscription does not move whether an organiser sells ten tickets or ten thousand. - Versus enterprise event suites (e.g. Cvent, Bizzabo, Swoogo): eventcloud publishes its pricing, includes white-label, badging and check-in rather than selling them as add-ons, starts at a single seat, and bills monthly or annually. - Payout speed: revenue flows through the organiser's own Stripe account on Stripe's normal schedule (days, or instant), rather than being held by the platform until after the event. ## Key facts - Pricing: flat per-user (per-seat) subscription. Team plan: $125 / £95 / €110 per user per month, or $1,250 / £950 / €1,100 per user per year. Enterprise by quote. eventcloud charges no per-ticket, booking or transaction fees. Stripe's standard card-processing fees apply and are paid to Stripe, not eventcloud. - Unlimited: unlimited events, tickets, registrations and attendees on every plan. No usage caps or overage bills. - Payments: ticket revenue is processed through your own connected Stripe account and settles directly to you. eventcloud never holds your customers' funds, and you are the merchant of record. - Free to build: set up and test a full event for free with no time limit. A subscription is only needed to publish and sell tickets. - Charities, schools and religious non-profits: registered charities, state/government-funded primary and secondary schools, and religious non-profit organisations can apply for eventcloud free for life, for up to 3 users, covering paid and free events. Applications are assessed case by case and proof of status is required. - Enterprise terms: white-label, SSO, an SLA, a dedicated account manager and self-hosted / on-prem deployment are available on enterprise plans. ## Features - Ticketing: multiple ticket types, ticket tiers and groups, early-bird and timed pricing, session-based tickets and seat holds for multi-session conferences, waiting lists, promo codes, affiliate links. - Registration: custom registration forms per ticket type (different questions for speakers, sponsors, VIPs and attendees), GDPR-compliant attendee data handling with exports. - On-site: QR check-in on any phone (online and offline) with staff PINs, in-platform badge designer with print audit, badge printing on any printer the organiser owns (thermal, laser, or otherwise; no proprietary hardware required). - Branding: custom registration-page branding, custom domains, fully white-label experience (Enterprise). - International: 30+ languages, multi-currency events; subscriptions billed in USD, GBP or EUR. - Team: per-seat access with roles; add or remove users at any time. ## Pages - [Product](https://www.eventcloud.io/product): the full registration and ticketing feature set. - [Pricing](https://www.eventcloud.io/pricing): flat per-user pricing with currency and monthly/annual options. - [Charities & Schools](https://www.eventcloud.io/charities): free-for-life programme for registered charities, state schools and religious non-profits (up to 3 users, application required). - [Compare](https://www.eventcloud.io/compare): how eventcloud compares with other platforms, with fee maths and feature tables verified against live vendor pricing pages. - [vs Eventbrite](https://www.eventcloud.io/compare/eventbrite) - [vs Cvent](https://www.eventcloud.io/compare/cvent) - [vs Swoogo](https://www.eventcloud.io/compare/swoogo) - [vs Bizzabo](https://www.eventcloud.io/compare/bizzabo) - [vs Ticket Tailor](https://www.eventcloud.io/compare/ticket-tailor) - [FAQ](https://www.eventcloud.io/faq): answers about pricing, ticketing, payments, registration, check-in, branding and more. - [Contact](https://www.eventcloud.io/contact): get in touch, book a demo, or apply for the charities programme. - [Blog](https://www.eventcloud.io/blog): playbooks, guides and product news for event organisers. ## Legal - [Terms of Service](https://www.eventcloud.io/terms) - [Privacy Policy](https://www.eventcloud.io/privacy-policy) - [GDPR Policy](https://www.eventcloud.io/gdpr-policy) - [Cookie Policy](https://www.eventcloud.io/cookies)
