6 questions1. That's one user, not the start of a bulletpoint list. Just one user and as many events as they can handle at any given time.
As long as you have an active subscription (no matter how many users), your data will remain in the eventcloud platform. When your subscription expires, your data will remain in eventcloud for 14 days. After that, it will be automatically deleted. You can always restart your subscription within the 14 day period and it would be as if you never left!
Oh yes absolutely! If you feel that you've got too many users on the platform, just remove their membership from the Members page whenever your team changes!

About eventcloud & the Unlimited Model
What eventcloud is, who it's for, and what “unlimited” actually means.
5 questionsEventcloud is an unlimited event ticketing and registration platform built for conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events. From a single dashboard you can create unlimited events, sell unlimited tickets, manage attendee registrations, design branded badges, and run on-site check-in, all under one flat subscription with no per-ticket or per-registration fees.
It means exactly what it says. With an active eventcloud subscription you can host as many events as you need, sell any number of tickets, and register any number of attendees without paying anything extra. There are no booking fees, no service fees, no transaction fees and no convenience charges added by us. You pay your subscription, and that's it.
Eventcloud is designed for event organisers, conference producers, trade show operators, exhibition organisers, agencies running events for multiple clients, and in-house corporate events teams who want a scalable event management platform without per-ticket pricing surprises.
Most event ticketing systems charge a fee per ticket sold or per registration created, which scales linearly with your success. Eventcloud charges a flat per-user subscription regardless of how many events you run, tickets you sell, or attendees you register. The bigger your event grows, the more you save.
Yes. Whether your event is free, paid, or a mix of both, the price you pay eventcloud is the same. There is no cap on free registrations and we do not charge per-attendee fees for "no-shows" or free tickets.
Pricing & Subscription
Flat, per-user pricing with no per-ticket fees. Here's exactly how it works.
6 questionsEventcloud uses a flat per-user subscription model. One subscription gives you unlimited events, unlimited tickets, and unlimited registrations. For up-to-date pricing and enterprise plan details, please visit our pricing page.
Just one. A single user subscription unlocks the entire platform with unlimited use, host as many events as one organiser can manage at any given time.
No. We do not charge per-ticket fees, booking fees, service fees or transaction fees. Ticket revenue flows directly into your own Stripe account. The only charges outside of your subscription are the standard payment processing fees that Stripe takes on each card transaction, which Stripe sets and we have no control over.
Yes. You can add or remove users at any time from the Members page.
Your data stays in eventcloud for 14 days after a subscription ends. If you reactivate within that window, your events, attendees and forms will all be exactly as you left them. After 14 days the data is automatically deleted.
Yes. Sign up at app.eventcloud.io and build your whole event for free, with no time limit. You can set everything up and test it end to end; you only need an active subscription to publish your event and start selling tickets. Prefer a guided tour? Book a demo and we'll walk you through it.
Event Creation & Management
Spin up one event or a hundred, all from a single subscription.
5 questionsSign in to your organiser dashboard, click Create event, fill in the basics (name, dates, venue, description) and save. You can then add ticket groups, build registration forms, design tickets and badges, set up promo codes, and invite team members, all from the event's dashboard.
Yes. Whether you're running one event a year or thousands concurrently, eventcloud handles them all under your single subscription. Each event has its own dashboard, branding, attendees, and reporting.
Eventcloud is purpose-built for conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, summits, expos, awards ceremonies, training courses, and multi-day events with sessions and parallel tracks. Really any type of events can run on eventcloud.
Yes. You can use a previous event as a template so you don't have to rebuild ticket groups, registration forms, and emails from scratch each time.
eventcloud handles in-person events of every kind on one flat fee. There are dedicated guides for conferences, corporate events and charity and fundraising, among others.
Ticketing, Promo Codes & Affiliates
Every ticket type, pricing rule, promo code and affiliate link you'll need.
7 questionsYou can sell event tickets (access to the whole event), session tickets (access to specific sessions or workshops), private tickets (access controlled via a code or invite, hidden from the public), and free tickets for invite-only or complimentary attendees.
Yes. You can set up early-bird, late-bird, last-minute and tiered pricing rules with start and end dates. Prices change automatically based on the rules you've defined, so you don't need to manually update them as deadlines pass.
Yes. Even though eventcloud itself has no cap on what you can sell, you control the inventory for each ticket group. Set caps per ticket type, per group, or leave them open.
Yes. Eventcloud supports both individual and group registration flows. Group purchasers can buy multiple tickets in one transaction and either complete attendee details immediately or invite the other attendees to fill in their own details later.
Eventcloud uses your connected Stripe account for payment processing, so you can sell in any currency that Stripe supports.
Yes. You can create unlimited promo codes, percentage off, fixed amount off, or fixed price overrides. Each promo code has performance tracking so you can see which marketing channels and campaigns are driving sales.
Affiliate codes are unique tracking codes you give to ambassadors, sponsors, partners, or influencers who promote your event. Eventcloud tracks the registrations and revenue generated by each code so you can measure each affiliate's performance and pay out commissions fairly. There's no limit on the number of affiliate codes you can create.
Registration Forms & Attendee Data
Build custom forms, collect what you need, and stay GDPR-tidy.
4 questionsYes. The drag-and-drop form builder lets you create unlimited registration forms with text, email, phone, country, dropdown, multi-select, file upload, consent checkbox and many other field types. You can use the same form across all ticket groups or create unique forms per ticket group.
Yes. Each ticket group can have its own dedicated registration form, so VIPs, exhibitors, speakers and general attendees can each fill in only the fields that are relevant to them.
Yes. You can export attendee lists, transaction reports, and form responses from the dashboard. You can also access your data via the platform's reporting tools at any time.
Yes. Eventcloud is built with GDPR in mind. You can configure consent fields on your registration forms, and our platform provides the audit trails and data controls you need. You can read our full GDPR policy, privacy policy and cookie policy for details.
Payments & Stripe Integration
Ticket money lands in your own Stripe account. We never touch it.
4 questionsEventcloud integrates directly with Stripe. Connect your Stripe account once and all ticket revenue is paid straight into your Stripe balance. There is no waiting period for funds to clear through eventcloud, we never hold your money.
Most event ticketing systems hold attendee payments and only release funds 30+ days after the event. We don't think that's fair. With eventcloud and Stripe, you receive ticket revenue on Stripe's normal payout schedule (weekly or instant, your choice), so you have working capital to actually run the event.
No. The only fee on a transaction is Stripe's standard payment processing fee. We add nothing on top.
Yes. Refunds are handled through the dashboard and processed via Stripe.
Branding, Badges & Whitelabel
Make every page, ticket and badge unmistakably yours.
4 questionsYes! You can apply your own branding, logo, colours, imagery and copy, to public registration pages, ticket emails and the like!
Yes. Higher-tier plans include 100% whitelabel, so attendees only ever see your brand and your domain, never eventcloud. This is ideal for agencies running events for multiple clients.
Yes. The drag-and-drop ticket and badge designer gives you complete creative control, any size, any shape, any layout. There's no proprietary printer or paper requirement, so you can print on whatever stock or printer you already have.
Custom domain support is available depending on your plan. Get in touch if you'd like your registration pages served from your own domain.
Check-In & On-Site
Fast QR check-in on the day, online or off.
3 questionsEach ticket includes a unique QR code. On the day of the event, your team logs into eventcloud on a smartphone or tablet and uses the built-in scanner to scan tickets and badges. There's no special hardware to buy and no separate app to install, it works in your mobile browser.
Yes. Scanning a ticket on check-in shows the ticket holder's name, ticket type, transaction details, and any custom registration data you've collected, so your front-of-house team has full context.
Eventcloud is a cloud platform and works best with a network connection at the venue. We recommend using the venue's Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot for the check-in stations.
