Roadshows and Field Marketing

Ten Cities. Ten Events. One Subscription.

Every stop is its own event with its own date, capacity, private invite link and door count, all on the same subscription. Nothing is metered per event, per registration or per city, so the twelfth stop is as easy to add as the second.

  • Zero per-event licences
  • A private invite link per stop
  • A door count for every city

Field Marketing Quirks

Series, Invites and the CRM.
Straight Answers.

What field marketers ask before they shortlist anything, answered for today. Features still being built carry a Coming soon pill.

One Series, Built Once

Coming Soon
The Quirk

Ten cities, the same agenda, the same form, and nobody wants to build the same event ten times.

How eventcloud Handles It

Clone the first stop and change the city, the date and the capacity for the next. Today each stop is set up from the dashboard as its own event, and the whole series sits together on your branded events gallery.

Invite-only, by Account

Coming Soon
The Quirk

The breakfast is for named accounts. The open web is not invited, and neither is the rival who follows your company page.

How eventcloud Handles It

Approve each registration before it is confirmed, or keep a stop invite-only with access codes. Today each stop's invite list can sit behind a private link, with promo codes restricted to your target accounts' email domains.

Registrations in the CRM

Coming Soon
The Quirk

Sales wants every registrant in Salesforce before the coffee is poured, not in a spreadsheet on Friday.

How eventcloud Handles It

Registrations sync to Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics, Zapier covers the rest, and a public API with webhooks feeds your own systems. Webhooks and an integration API are not available today, so for now attendees and orders export to Excel with every answer and your own GA4 or Tag Manager runs on the event pages.

Reminders Before Each Stop

Coming Soon
The Quirk

People forget a breakfast they booked three weeks ago, and the no-show count tells you so.

How eventcloud Handles It

Schedule reminder emails before each stop, or email everyone booked for a city in bulk. Today every confirmation already carries a calendar file for the diary, and the attendee list exports to Excel for reminders from your own email tool.

Invitations

The Invite List. Not the Open Web.

Keep each stop to the accounts you invited.

  • Private links: each stop's guest group is hidden from the public page and reachable only by its link
  • Domain-locked codes: promo codes that only work when the person booking uses an address at a domain you name
  • Confirmed by sales already? Import those accounts from Excel or CSV once the stop is published; every row is checked first
  • Payment links: for a paid stop, hold a seat and send a card payment link, valid for up to 30 days
  • ApprovalsComing Soon
Problems found in an attendee import file, listed by row: an email address that is not valid on row 5 and a repeated email on row 11 for a pass that allows one ticket per email address, with a button to download the problem report
Every Stop

A World Tour with Breakfast Pastries.

Each city is its own event with its own date, venue, capacity and door, listed together on your own branded gallery. All of this comes with every seat.

The Door

Door Counts Sales Will Believe.

Check guests in from any phone and see, stop by stop, how many came, how many did not, and when they arrived.

  • Link and PIN: door staff open one link and enter a four-digit PIN, with no app and no account
  • Check-in rate: check-ins, no-shows and the check-in rate for every stop, in Insights
  • Arrivals by hour: whether the breakfast crowd arrived at eight or drifted in at nine
  • Excel export: attendees and every answer they gave, for the sales team
  • Reports Across the SeriesComing Soon

Swoogo has approval workflows, native Salesforce, HubSpot and Zapier connections and single sign-on. Bizzabo sells CRM connectors and single sign-on as add-ons (pricing pages, checked 20 October 2026). Coming soon to eventcloud: CRM sync, approvals and single sign-on. Different today: we count team seats, not registrations, with no plan tiers or add-on list.

Questions

Questions Field Marketers Ask.

Answered for today. Where something is still being built, the answer starts with Coming soon.

Can we keep each stop to invited accounts?

Coming soon: approval of each registration, and invite-only stops with access codes. Today, put each stop's guest list in a private ticket group that only its link can reach, and restrict promo codes to your target accounts' email domains.

Does it push registrants to Salesforce or HubSpot?

Coming soon: CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics, plus Zapier. Today, attendees and orders export to Excel with every registration answer, and your own GA4 or Tag Manager runs on the event pages.

Can we run twenty stops on one subscription?

Yes. Events are unlimited, and nothing is counted per event, per registration or per attendee; you pay for your team's seats.

Is there a free version?

You can build the whole series, rehearse checkout with Stripe test cards and rehearse check-in on a draft event for free; you subscribe when you are ready to publish.

Can we stream a stop for people who cannot travel?

No. eventcloud is for in-person events.

Where is our data hosted?

Coming soon: EU or UK hosting and a data processing agreement. Today data is hosted in the US (Fly.io, US East); you can erase an attendee on request, exports are yours at any time, and event data is kept through a lapse with a warning before purge.
