Event Website

One Design. Any Colour You Like. Sorry, Mr Ford.

Every event gets its own website at your eventcloud address: a landing page and ticket pages, then agenda, speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, venue and FAQ pages as you add the content.

  • Themed on the page itself
  • Nothing goes public until you apply it
  • Five languages, each at its own address
Home page of a summit's event website with the event logo, Home, Agenda and Speakers navigation, a full-width image banner, the dates and city, a countdown and the ticket groups
Every Page an Event Needs

Pages That Join the Site. As Soon as They Have Content.

Switch each page on or off per event, and it appears once there is something on it. Four demo events below, one page design.

  • Home

A Home Page. With Your Banner and Tickets.

Your banner, dates and venue, a countdown, the highlights and every ticket group, in your colours.

Public event page for a confex with the event banner, dates and venue, a countdown, the event description and highlights, and the ticket groups attendees can choose from
  • Speakers

    Speakers. With Their Sessions.

A profile for every speaker, with links to their sessions.

Speakers page of an event website with a profile card for each speaker showing their initials, name, job title, company, biography and links to their sessions
  • Sponsors

    Sponsors. By Tier.

Logo-led cards, with your featured tier three across.

Sponsors page of an event website with Strategic Partners three across and Gold Sponsors four across, each card led by the sponsor's logo with its name and a one-line statement
  • Venue and FAQ

    Directions and Answers. Same Site.

Venue and FAQ pages sit beside the rest, so your inbox gets fewer "where is it?" emails.

Customise Website

Theme It on the Page Itself. Then Press Apply.

Open Customise Website and the live site opens in edit mode: four theme colours, eight font pairings, a colour for every section and your own words, with nothing public until you apply it.

Website editor open on an event site: theme panel with brand, accent, background and text colours and their contrast ratios, a desktop and phone preview switch, Show editable areas, and Discard Changes and Apply to Page beside the live page
  1. Four Theme Colours

Brand for every button and link, then accent, background and text, each saying what it paints.

  2. Contrast, Checked

Each colour shows its contrast against the background, so faint text is caught before anyone squints.

  3. Find a Colour on the Page

Click any text, button or background on the page to open the setting that colours it.

  4. Sections and Copy

The next two tabs give every section its own colours and let you reword buttons, menus and headings.

  5. Desktop or Phone

Switch the preview to a phone-width frame before anyone else sees the page.

  6. Apply to Page

Changes stay a draft until you apply them, and Discard Changes throws them away.

Bonjour, Hola, Hallo. Every Language Gets Its Own Words.

Five languages today: UK and US English, Spanish, German and French. Arabic is coming. Each language you publish gets its own web address, and the Copy tab lets you reword the buttons, menus and headings in each one.

  • Booth or Stand: the exhibitor labels are yours to rename, per language
  • One switch: visitors pick their language in the site header
  • Beyond the site: forms, checkout and PDF tickets follow their choice
  • Emails too: once you publish a version in that language

  • Choose it with care: it is locked once you save it

FAQ

Event Websites. What Marketers Ask First.

Can we pick a different template for each event?

There is one page design, and you theme it yourself on the page: four colours, eight font pairings, section colours and your own wording for buttons, menus and headings. There is no template picker, so the variety comes from your brand, not from a theme gallery.

Can we preview changes before they go live?

Yes. Customise Website keeps every change as a draft, with a desktop or phone preview, until you press Apply to Page. Discard Changes throws the draft away.

What address does the event website live on?

Your own youraddress.eventcloud.io, on every plan, including during the trial, with no DNS work. Choose it with care: it is locked once you save it. Every event you publish is listed there. More on branding and domains.

Can we add agenda, speaker, sponsor and FAQ pages?

Yes. Agenda, speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, venue and FAQ pages join your event website as soon as they have content, and you switch each one on or off per event.

Can we add our own code or CSS?

No. There is no custom CSS or HTML, and sections cannot be added or reordered. Customise Website covers colours, fonts, section colours, wording, logos and images.

Is the event website available in other languages?

Five languages today: UK and US English, Spanish, German and French. Arabic is coming. Each language gets its own web address. Forms, checkout and PDF tickets follow the language each attendee chose, and so do your emails once you publish a version in that language.

Is there a charge per event website?

No. Events are unlimited, and every event gets its own website. We count team seats.
