Your Money Never Takes a Detour.
Connect your own Stripe account once. Charges are created on your account, payouts follow your own Stripe schedule, and eventcloud never holds the money or stores an access token.
- 0% of your ticket revenue: we take nothing from a sale, whether it is a pass, an extra or a paid session, and add no booking fee to your delegates' checkout. Stripe's own card fee applies and goes to Stripe
- Your account, your dashboard: a fully independent Stripe account with its own reports and payout schedule
- In their language: delegates pay by card on Stripe's hosted checkout, which opens in their language, with your translated ticket names on the line items
- No booking fee on top: the dominant ticketing platforms charge per ticket, usually passed to the attendee as a booking fee. Your delegates see the price you set
- Warned before it costs you a sale: if Stripe is not connected or cannot take charges, your team sees why on the ticket page and the event dashboard

- VAT Rate, Frozen per Order
- One rate per organisation, inclusive or exclusive.
- 30 days
- Payment Link Maximum
- Open for 72 hours by default; resend or withdraw it any time.
VAT, Done Once. Frozen Forever.
Set your organisation's VAT rate once, inclusive or exclusive, with your own tax label. Every order keeps the VAT it was sold with, so changing the rate next year never rewrites last year's books.

Every Price Follows It
Passes, extras and paid sessions all follow the setting, and the total a buyer sees before paying is exactly what Stripe charges.

Net Leaves It Out
Insights shows net after refunds, VAT and the fee Stripe charged, so it reads lower than Stripe's payout figure, which keeps VAT in.

When Finance Says They Need an Invoice.
Coming soon: invoices, pay by invoice, bank transfer and purchase orders. Until then, there are honest ways to get the late payer registered, and refunds that keep the books straight.
- A PO number on the form: capture it as a registration question, and it travels into the export
- Hold a seat, send a payment link: they pay by card on your event's branded page, with the link open for 72 hours by default and up to 30 days
- Add them by hand: once they have paid your finance team, they get the normal confirmation and ticket
- Refunds that keep the records straight: refund without cancelling, or cancel and refund to free the place, with partial refunds tracked
- One currency per event: any currency your Stripe account supports, such as GBP, EUR or USD
