Fair Questions

Before You Pick a Page.

Is there a free version?

There is a free trial. Build the whole event, rehearse checkout with Stripe test cards and rehearse check-in on a draft event, then subscribe when you are ready to publish. Free events get the same ticket PDFs, QR codes and confirmation emails as paid ones. A live event still needs a connected Stripe account, even when every ticket is free.

Do you charge per registration, per badge or per scan?

No. We count team seats, nothing else. Events, registrations and attendees are unlimited on every plan.

Can we run virtual or hybrid events?

No. eventcloud is for in-person events. If you need streaming, we are the wrong tab.

Where is our data hosted?

Coming soon: EU or UK data hosting and a data processing agreement. Today it is hosted in the US, on Fly.io in US East. You can erase an attendee's data on request and export attendees and orders to Excel whenever you like.
