Registration Forms

One Form to Rule Them All? We Prefer One per Audience.

Delegates, speakers, exhibitor staff and visitors each get a registration form of their own, so nobody scrolls past questions meant for someone else. Every answer lands on the badge, the confirmation email, the attendee list and the Excel export.

The Form Builder

Built While the Coffee Is Still Hot.

Drag a question in, mark it required, add a placeholder, and the live preview shows what a delegate will see. There is no implementation project and nobody to call.

Registration form builder with a single choice question selected, its properties and six options on the left, the form layout in the middle and the preset fields on the right
  1. One Form per Audience

This one is Visitor Registration; each ticket group links the form its people fill in.

  2. Locked In

Email address, first name and last name start every form, so every record can be emailed and badged.

  3. Section Headings

Group questions under headings such as “Your organisation”, and add page breaks to turn a long form into steps.

  4. Required or Optional

Tick Required Field and nobody can skip it; below it, each answer option sits on its own row to add, reword or bin.

  5. Presets and Custom

Presets add ready-made fields such as company name and phone number; Custom holds the question types.

Three Steps

Build It. Translate It. Watch the Answers Land.

It all happens in the dashboard that already holds your passes, badges and check-in.

  1. 01

    Pick the Questions

Choose from 11 question types under Custom, or ready-made fields such as company name under Presets, then drag them into order.

Question types in the form builder: text input, long text, multiple choice, dropdown, single choice, date, time, country, phone number, address and terms and policies
  2. 02

    Put It in Their Language

Translate every question, placeholder, answer option, section heading and terms text. Registrants see the language they picked on your event page.

Form builder in German translation mode: the selected question shows its English primary wording above each German field, label and answer options, beside the form layout with German labels
  3. 03

    Watch the Answers Land

Every answer sits on the attendee list and goes out in the Excel export, up to 10,000 orders per export, emailed to you.

One Record

Google Forms collects answers. We put them on the badge.

The form, the place, the payment, the badge and the door scan share one record, so nothing is copied between tools.

Where Answers Go

One Answer. Five Places to Find It.

Ask once and the answer turns up wherever it is needed. Answers are tied to the question, not its wording, so rename or translate a question whenever you like and the badge still finds the job title.

  • On the badge: placed in the badge designer, sized in real millimetres.
  • On the PDF ticket: branded tickets can show answers too.
  • In the confirmation email: every question is a merge field.
  • On the attendee list: every answer on the attendee's record.
  • In the Excel export: every answer, up to 10,000 orders per export.

FAQ

Form Builder Questions. Straight Answers.

Can a question appear only when someone picks a certain answer?

Coming soon: show or hide logic inside a form, so a question appears only when an earlier answer calls for it. Today, each attendee type has its own form, so speakers, delegates and exhibitor staff only see their own questions, and page breaks and section headings keep a long form manageable.

Can registrants upload a file, such as a student ID or press card?

Coming soon: file-upload questions. Today, check proof of status the way you already do, then send the verified person the private link to the right attendee type.

Why not use Google Forms or Microsoft Forms?

For a free meetup, a general form tool does the job. Once a registration has to hold a place, take a card payment, print on a badge and be scanned at the door, it helps when the form, the place, the payment, the badge and the scan share one record, which is how this builder works.

How long does it take to build a registration form?

As long as it takes your team to agree the questions. The builder is drag and drop with a live preview, every form starts with first name, last name and email, and you can rehearse the whole registration in the free trial before you publish.

Can registrants see the form in their own language?

Yes. Translate every question, placeholder, answer option, section heading and terms text in the form builder, and each registrant sees the form in the language they picked on your event page: UK or US English, Spanish, German or French. Their answers land on the same record, and a choice answer is saved in your primary language, so the export stays tidy.

Can each person in a group booking have their own answers?

Yes. For each pass you choose whether the booker fills in the form once for the order or once for every person on it. With attendee details on, each named person has their own answers, their own email address and their own confirmation, and they can correct their answers later in the attendee portal.
