One Table. Ten Guests. Ten Meal Choices.

Put table seats in their own ticket type and a table of ten becomes one order, with a name, email address, meal choice and dietary needs for every guest. You still draw the room yourself, but the chicken count will be right.

  • A confirmation and ticket for every guest
  • Private links for finalists and sponsors
  • Badges printed at the drinks reception

Tables, Not Tickets

Done Differently
The Quirk

Sponsors buy tables, not tickets, and somebody has to know which guest sits on which table by Thursday.

How eventcloud Handles It

Table seats are a ticket type bought as one order, with each guest's details and their own ticket email. eventcloud does not assign seats, so drawing the room is still your job: export the guest list with every answer to Excel and lay out the tables your usual way.

Meal Choices, Allergies and Plus-ones

The Quirk

Two hundred guests, four menus, eleven allergies and one plus-one who is definitely not vegan this year.

How eventcloud Handles It

Ask for meal choice, dietary needs, accessibility and plus-one details as questions on each audience's form. Answers land in the attendee list and the Excel export, and can print on the badge or place card if you want them there.

Finalists, Sponsors and Comps

The Quirk

Finalists come free, sponsors bring their own table, the press get a pass, and none of them should see the public price list.

How eventcloud Handles It

Give finalists and sponsor tables their own private ticket group, reachable only by its link; waive fees with a 100% promo code; and add comped guests by hand, with the normal confirmation and ticket.

The Guest Who Forgot Their QR Code

Coming Soon
The Quirk

Black tie, a phone on 4% and a ticket email buried somewhere in last month.

How eventcloud Handles It

Door staff find guests by name, company or email and check them in without the QR.

Today they can type the nine-digit ticket number from the confirmation, and at a Badge Kiosk with name search switched on, guests can find and print their own badge.

Ten Seats, One Order.
A Price That Adds Up.

Price table seats as their own ticket type next to single seats, then add a group rate from ten tickets, so a full table costs less per head than ten singles, worked out at checkout.

  • Up to 99: of one pass in a single order
  • Every guest named: details, email and meal choice at checkout
  • Coming soon: table hosts filling in names later

A Ticket Each.
Nobody Waits for the Host.

Every named guest gets their own confirmation, PDF ticket and QR code, so nobody waits for the host to forward an email. The booker only hears from us if they are one of the ten.

  • Ticket number: nine digits, for the guest who forgot the QR
  • One address each: every named guest needs their own email
  • Corrections: guests fix their own details in the attendee portal

Questions

Questions Awards Teams Ask.

Answered for today. Where something is still being built, the answer starts with Coming soon.

Can we sell tables as well as single seats?

Yes. Put table seats in their own ticket type next to single seats, and add a group rate from ten tickets if a full table should cost less per head. A table of ten is one order with ten named guests, each with their own email address, details and ticket, up to 99 of a pass per order line.

Can eventcloud lay out the tables for us?

No. eventcloud does not assign seats or draw the room. Export the guest list, with meal choices and every other answer, to Excel and plan the room your usual way.

Can we print place cards and badges?

Yes. Design them in real millimetres on A6, A5, A4, Letter, 4x6 inch or custom stock, with fold options for tent cards. Print any guest's card from the dashboard before the night, or let guests print their own badge at a Badge Kiosk as they arrive.

Can we rename a guest the night before?

Yes. Your team can update a guest's name or email on any order, resend their ticket and reprint their card, and guests can correct their own details, meal choice included, in their attendee portal.

Is there a free version?

You can build the whole gala, rehearse checkout with Stripe test cards and rehearse check-in on a draft event for free; you subscribe when you are ready to publish.
