Data and Exports

Your Data Is Not a Hostage. Here Is the Exit.

Export every attendee with every answer, and every order, to Excel whenever you like. The file lands in your inbox, and your payment records already live in your own Stripe account.

  • A column for every registration question
  • Up to 10,000 orders per export

Beyond the Export

Every Other Way Out. No Ticket to Us Required.

Sessions, leads and money each keep their own records, and none of them needs a request to us.

Who Came to Each Session. In a Spreadsheet.

Every session keeps its own list: who booked it, who has it with their ticket and who came in, with a spreadsheet to download.

  • Per session: the list lives on the session, not in the event-wide export
  • Attendance: who came in, and when they first did
See Session Booking

Leads Belong to the Reps. You Get the Totals.

Each exhibitor's rep exports their own leads to Excel. You see the totals by person, day and hour, never the leads themselves.

  • You choose what a scan shares: name and email unless you add more, and every attendee can see which companies scanned them
  • Erasure reaches them: erasing an attendee deletes the leads reps captured by scanning them
See Lead Retrieval
Organiser's lead capture dashboard with people scanning, leads captured, attendees scanned and scans today, a leads by hour chart and a by person table showing Jordan Hale of Kelvara Cooling with 4 leads

The Money Records. Already Yours.

Payments settle straight into your own Stripe account, on your own payout schedule, with Stripe's own reports. We never store an access token to it.

  • Tickets as Stripe products: switch on product sync, and a resync adds the tickets you made earlier
  • Net revenue on screen: Insights shows it per event, after the real Stripe fee
See Payments and VAT
Stripe card on the integrations page showing Live, with Stripe Dashboard and Disconnect buttons: payments from ticket sales go directly to the organiser's own Stripe account
Import

The Front Door Works Too. Bring Your List.

Moving from another platform, or holding a list a partner sent over? Every row becomes a real registration with a ticket, a QR code and a badge. Import works once an event is published, so it is not part of the free trial.

  1. 01

    Match Your Columns

Upload an Excel or CSV file of up to 50,000 rows, such as an attendee list from Eventbrite, and match each column to a question.

Match Your Columns step of an attendee import listing each column in the uploaded file with example values and the registration question it will be imported as, such as email, names, company, job title and mobile number
  2. 02

    Check Every Row

Every row is checked against your forms and capacity before anything is saved, so nothing half-imports.

Attendee import at the Check step: eight new attendees, no updates, two rows with problems and no empty rows, with a places table showing how many of each ticket type the import needs and how many are left
  3. 03

    Fix or Skip the Problems

Problems are listed by row, with a report to download. Fix them and upload again, or import the rows that passed.

Problems found in an attendee import file, listed by row: an email address that is not valid on row 5 and a repeated email on row 11 for a pass that allows one ticket per email address, with a button to download the problem report

FAQ

Data Questions. Answered Without a Support Ticket.

What marketers, finance leads and data protection officers ask before the first export.

What exactly is in the attendee export?

One row per ticket: the order date, the attendee's name and email, their attendee type, ticket and price, then a column for every registration question. Filter by attendee type or search if you want a slice. Orders have an export of their own. Both arrive by email as Excel (.xlsx) files covering up to 10,000 orders.

Can we export CSV?

Coming soon: CSV export. Today exports are Excel (.xlsx) only. Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers all open them, and any of those will save a copy as CSV if your next system insists. Imports already take CSV as well as Excel.

Can registrations flow into Salesforce or HubSpot automatically?

Coming soon: CRM sync for Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics, plus Zapier, a public API and webhooks. Today, export to Excel and import into your CRM; your payment records are already in your own Stripe account.

Can finance get VAT, fee and net revenue figures out?

Coming soon: Insights figures you can export. Today the orders export carries gross amounts. Insights shows net revenue after the real Stripe fee on screen, per event, and your own Stripe account holds the payment, fee and payout records with Stripe's own reporting.

Can we import attendees from another platform?

Yes, once the event is published. Import an Excel or CSV file of up to 50,000 rows and 20 MB, such as an attendee list from Eventbrite. Every row is checked against your forms and capacity before anything is saved, and confirmation emails go only when you choose to send them. Imported registrations are recorded at no charge, with anything paid elsewhere kept as a note on the order.

Can we erase an attendee's data if they ask?

Yes. Your owner can erase an attendee's details, answers and consent records on request, along with any leads exhibitors captured by scanning them, and the ticket and payment references stay so your records still balance. A waiting-list sign-up under the same email is held separately and is not covered by that erasure.

How long is event data kept after a subscription lapses?

Event data stays for 30 days after a subscription finally lapses, and the owner gets a warning email seven days before it is deleted. Your organisation, members and billing history are kept, so export what you need before the 30 days are up.
