For PCOs and Agencies

Twelve Clients, Twelve Brands, Twelve Stripe Accounts. Zero Mixed-up Payouts.

Each client runs as its own organisation, billed separately, with its payments settling into its own Stripe account: we never hold the money. Every client gets a branded gallery at their own subdomain and emails from their own domain, and you switch between them from one login.

Agency Quirks

Many Clients, One Login.
Here Is How.

How the multi-client model works exactly, including the parts other platforms sell as add-ons and the parts we do not have.

Many Clients, Kept Apart

Partial
The Quirk

Twelve clients, twelve finance teams, and not one of them wants to see another client's delegates.

How eventcloud Handles It

Each client runs as its own organisation with its own subscription, Stripe account, team and data, and you switch between them from one login. Twelve clients means twelve organisations, each billed separately, and you count as a seat in every one you belong to. There are no sub-accounts, no combined bill and no parent dashboard, and we would rather say that before you sign up than after.

Your Client's Brand, Not Ours

Partial
The Quirk

The client wants their brand on everything, and procurement wants to know whose logo is on the login screen.

How eventcloud Handles It

Client colours, logo, banner and favicon on the event pages, and the client's own subdomain and sending domain, on every plan. The login screen, the dashboard sidebar and a small "Powered by eventcloud" footer still carry our name; Enterprise customers can run the whole product on their own domain.

Finance That Passes a Client Audit

The Quirk

The client's finance team will reconcile every delegate fee against the bank, line by line, probably on a Friday.

How eventcloud Handles It

VAT is set per organisation and frozen onto every order, payments settle directly into the client's Stripe account, Insights shows net revenue after the real Stripe fee for each event, and orders export to Excel. A PO or cost code is a question on the form.

Invoices and a Login for the Client's Finance Team

Coming Soon
The Quirk

Institutional delegates need invoices, and the client's finance lead wants to look without being able to touch.

How eventcloud Handles It

Invoices, bank transfer and purchase orders cover delegates who cannot pay by card, and read-only and finance roles let a client's finance team check orders without editing the event. Today there are two roles, owner and member, and refunds stay with the owner.

How Payments Work Today
Branding

Client Brand. Client Domain. Client Inbox.

Every client gets a branded events gallery at their own address and emails from their own domain. Enterprise customers can run the whole product on their own domain.

  • Client subdomain: clientname.eventcloud.io on every plan, trial included; the client's team signs in there too
  • Client sending domain: confirmations from the client's verified domain, with SPF and DKIM
  • Client colours and logo: from the landing page to the checkout success page and the social card
  • Client analytics: their own GA4 ID on each event, or a Tag Manager container on their address
Confirmation email designer for the delegate ticket group with content blocks, a text block using first name and event name merge tags, and a countdown block
Finance

Finance per Client. Never Mixed.

Each client's money, VAT and exports stay inside that client's organisation.

  • Direct settlement: payments land in each client's own Stripe account, and we take 0% of ticket revenue
  • VAT per organisation: inclusive or exclusive, with the client's own tax label, frozen onto every order
  • Net revenue per event: after the real Stripe fee, on screen for every event
  • Excel exports: orders and attendees with every answer, up to 10,000 orders per export
  • PO and cost codes: questions on the form, so they land in the export

Multi-client

New Client. Their Own Organisation.

Add an organisation from your profile menu and it starts its own free trial. Then three moves, and you switch between clients without signing out.

  1. 01

    Invite Their Team

Each organisation has its own owner. Members run events; billing, member management and refunds stay with the owner.

Add Member card with first name, last name and email fields and an Invite button
  2. 02

    Import Their Delegates

From Excel or CSV, Eventbrite exports included, once the event is published. Every row is checked before anything is saved.

Match Your Columns step of an attendee import listing each column in the uploaded file with example values and the registration question it will be imported as, such as email, names, company, job title and mobile number
  3. 03

    Badge Their Delegates

The same badge designer and a check-in link with a four-digit PIN for every client event. Door staff never need a seat.

Print ready delegate badge rendered as a PDF with the event banner, the attendee's name, job title and company, a QR code and the ticket type
Comparisons

Swoogo sells sub-accounts and extra custom domains as add-ons (Swoogo pricing page, checked 20 October 2026). Eventsforce lists its modules and prices on G-Cloud (G-Cloud 15, January 2026). eventcloud has no add-on list and no sub-account object: every client is its own organisation.

Questions

Questions Agencies Ask.

Answered for today. Where something is still being built, the answer starts with Coming soon.

Can we manage several clients from one account?

Yes, as separate organisations. You join each client's organisation and switch between them from one login. Each organisation is billed separately and has its own Stripe account, you count as a seat in every organisation you belong to, and there is no sub-account, combined bill or parent view.

Can we white-label it for clients?

Partly. Your client's colours, logo, subdomain and sending domain run on every plan, but the login screen, the dashboard sidebar and a "Powered by eventcloud" footer still carry our name. Enterprise customers can run the whole product on their own domain, and there is no white-label add-on to buy.

Can a client log in and see only their events?

Coming soon: read-only and finance roles. Today each organisation is separate, so invite the client's people as members of their own organisation, where they see only that client's events; billing, member management and refunds stay with the owner.

Does it connect to our clients' CRMs?

Coming soon: CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics, plus Zapier. Today each client's attendees and orders export to Excel, payments settle to the client's own Stripe account, and each event can carry the client's own GA4 or Tag Manager.

Do you charge per registration, per badge or per scan?

No. We count team seats in each organisation, nothing else.

Is there a free version?

You can build a whole client event, rehearse checkout with Stripe test cards and rehearse check-in on a draft event for free. Each new organisation starts its own free trial and subscribes when it is ready to publish.
