Registration and Badges for UK Conferences, Without a Registration Allowance.
Eventsforce is a long-standing UK registration, abstracts and awards platform, licensed with a registration allowance and sold module by module. eventcloud counts your team and nothing else: unlimited events, registrations and attendees, and every seat carries a self-service badge kiosk, lead retrieval and a check at each session's door. Competitor facts checked 27 October 2026. Sources and dates are listed below.
Bought Module by Module. Or Included on Every Seat.
Eventsforce goes deeper for associations and the public sector, with abstracts, awards and G-Cloud. eventcloud is simpler to buy and to run, with no registration allowance and nothing sold as a module.

How to read it. Yes, Partial, No and Not confirmed describe each platform today; Not confirmed means we could not confirm it from public sources on the date checked, and it never means no. Coming soon marks a feature eventcloud is building now, and the row still goes to whoever does it today. Competitor facts are dated at the foot of the page. Tell us if one has changed. What Gets Counted
What Each Bill Counts.
Units, never amounts. What a vendor counts tells you how the bill moves when your event grows.
eventcloud Counts
Team seats
Events, registrations and attendees are not counted.
Eventsforce Counts
Users and registrations
A Registration Licence covers three users and 1,500 registrations a year, extra registrations are charged, and capabilities come as modules EF2.
Units from the G-Cloud 15 price list (January 2026), checked 27 October 2026. Eventsforce's website publishes no prices.
Unlimited, with the Small Print Printed Large.
Here is everything we do limit, with nothing held back for a module.
Unlimited events, registrations and attendees on every plan. We count team seats, not tickets, so your bill does not rise because your event sells out. The limits that do exist are operational, not commercial: 99 of one ticket type per order line, 10,000 orders per Excel export, five languages per event, and one subdomain and one sending domain per organisation.
Know Your Brief
G-Cloud, Abstracts and Awards.
If any of those three is in your brief, Eventsforce fits: it sells abstracts and awards licences alongside registration and is on the UK G-Cloud 15 framework, and eventcloud is not on the Digital Marketplace today. If the brief is delegate registration, badges and a door for a small team, here is how we do it.
A ticket group per delegate type: members, non-members, speakers and sponsors each get their own form, price schedule and confirmation email.
VAT the treasurer can audit: organisation-level VAT, inclusive or exclusive, frozen onto every order.
Badges and a door, no hardware hire: design badges in real millimetres, print them at a self-service kiosk on your own laptop and printer, and check delegates in on the phones your staff already carry.
Who came to each session: scan delegates in at each session's door, and each session's attendee list shows who came in and when, as a spreadsheet. It records attendance; it does not issue certificates or CPD credits.
Where the Facts Come From
Sources.
Every competitor fact on this page links here. Labels carry the source's own date and flag older, vendor-authored and aggregator sources, so you can weigh them yourself.
Eventsforce publishes no prices on its website. Its UK G-Cloud 15 price list (January 2026, excluding VAT) shows the licence for its group registration product at £6,353 a year for three users and 1,500 registrations, with additional registrations at £3.00 each, and lists optional modules for its Classic product, such as Multilingual, API, SSO and Salesforce, at £1,238 a year each (G-Cloud 15 pricing document, checked 27 October 2026). Those are public-sector list prices, not what every buyer pays. eventcloud counts team seats, not registrations. Our own plans are on the pricing page. You can build the whole event, rehearse checkout with Stripe test cards and rehearse check-in on a draft event for free; you subscribe when you are ready to publish.
Who owns Eventsforce?
Eventsforce was founded in 2004, acquired by Simpleview in 2019 and became part of Granicus in 2024 (Eventsforce about page, checked 27 October 2026).
Does eventcloud handle abstracts?
Coming soon: a call for speakers and abstracts. Today eventcloud handles registration, badges, check-in and session scanning. Eventsforce sells dedicated abstracts and awards licences.
Can members pay by invoice?
Coming soon: invoices, pay by invoice, bank transfer and purchase orders. Today card payments go through Stripe's hosted checkout straight to your account. For members who must pay off-platform, capture a PO number on the form, hold the place and send them a payment link, or add them by hand once they have settled.
Can we print badges on site?
Yes. Turn any laptop and the printer beside it into a self-service Badge Kiosk: visitors type their ticket number, check their badge and print it, and printing checks them in. You can also print any attendee's badge from the dashboard before the doors open, on 4x6 inch, A4, A5, A6, Letter or custom stock. The phone scanner your door staff use does not print. Eventsforce Kiosk prints on demand too, priced per event, with the hardware rented through a partner.
Can we record attendance at each session?
Yes. Pick a session on the check-in link and door staff admit the delegates who booked it or have it with their ticket. Each session's attendee list then shows who came in and when, with a spreadsheet to download. Coming soon: attendance certificates and CPD credits. Eventsforce's Attendance App, a separately priced module, supports CPD accreditation and certificates of attendance.
