On by default. Nothing to switch on.

A Waiting List That Notifies Itself.

Capture interest on any ticket that is not on sale yet, and email everyone the moment a price window opens. No campaign to build, no send button to press, no reminder in your calendar. It just happens while you are doing something more fun.

How it works

It Shows Up When the Ticket Does Not

The moment a ticket has no live price, a Join waiting list button appears on its card. No toggle, no config. Switch a price window on and it steps aside for the real thing.

  • Appears on its own. Whenever a ticket is off sale and not hidden, the Join waiting list button is there. Open a price window and it is replaced by the normal buy stepper.
  • Name and email, nothing creepy. First name, last name, email. No phone number, no 14-field form, no marketing-consent gymnastics.
  • No duplicates. The same email cannot join the same list twice. Join once and you are on it.
  • One list per ticket type. Early-bird interest never gets mixed with VIP interest. Each ticket keeps its own list.

The Email Sends Itself

When a tier goes live, everyone waiting on that ticket gets an email with a one-click buy link straight back to it. You do not lift a finger.

  • Fires on its own. A background job checks every few minutes and emails the list the moment a price goes live. First come, first served.
  • One click back to buy. The email drops recipients straight onto the ticket, so warm demand turns into sales before the excitement wears off.
  • A dashboard for you. View, search, filter by ticket and notified status, and remove entries. See exactly who is waiting and who has been told.

Demand, Before You Commit

A waiting list is not just a courtesy. It is the cheapest market research you will ever run.

Warm leads, not cold ones

Everyone on the list already tried to give you money. That is a mailing list that actually converts.

Works on preview too

Share a draft event and it still collects real signups, so you can gauge demand before you even go live.

Automatically, on any ticket that is not currently on sale: before its price window opens, or while sales are paused. The moment a live price exists, the button is replaced by the normal buy stepper. There is nothing to switch on.

No, and this is the honest bit. It captures demand for tickets that are not on sale yet, then notifies everyone when a price goes live. It does not watch a sold-out tier for refunds or free up returned seats. It is a not-yet-on-sale list, not a sold-out queue.

No. There is no "you are number 14 in the queue". When a tier opens, everyone waiting on that ticket is emailed, first come first served.

First name, last name and email. No phone, no quantity, no marketing checkbox. The same email cannot join the same ticket twice.

No. The notification is automatic: when a price window opens, eventcloud emails the list with a one-click buy link. No campaign, no send button.

No. It is included on every plan and on by default. Like everything else here, there is no growth tax for using it.

Sold Out Is a Marketing Channel.

Capture the demand you cannot sell today, and let eventcloud turn it into sales the moment you can. On by default, included on every plan.
