Forty Chairs. Forty Bookings. Not One More.
Delegates pick breakouts and workshops as they register, on one card per named attendee, and each session stops taking bookings at its capacity. Free, paid or included with a ticket.

- Book or pay later in the app or portal

Booked at Sign-up. Counted at the Door.
One booking follows the delegate from checkout to their agenda to the session door, under the same capacity and clash rules all the way.

Book at Sign-up
A Sessions step sits between the attendee details and the extras. Paid sessions join the same order and the same card payment.

Change It Later
Changed their mind on the train? My Sessions in the attendee portal, and the event app, list what is still open to book. Paid sessions take a card payment.

Walk Through the Door
Door staff pick the session on the check-in link. Booked or included, they are in; anyone else is turned away, with the reason on screen.

Set the Rules Once. Session by Session.
Booking lives on each session in your agenda, so the masterclass can sell while the keynote stays open to everyone.
Free, Paid or Included. Your Call.
Switch on booking for any agenda session and set a price in the event currency, or none. Cap the places from 1 to 100,000, or leave it blank for unlimited, and close bookings 15 minutes before the start, or any time from 0 to 10,080 minutes.
- Who can book: every ticket type that asks for attendee details, or the ones you pick.
- Included with: chosen tickets come with the session, straight onto that delegate's agenda.
- Capacity counts bookings: included places are not counted, so size the room for both.

Their Agenda. In Their Pocket.
Attendees open the event app from their confirmation email, with nothing to download. A free session books with one tap on "Book this session" and a paid one opens a card payment into your own Stripe account. Booked and included sessions then wear a badge in My Agenda, next to the ones they bookmarked.
- On a laptop: the event app opens on phones, so the attendee portal does the same job on a computer.

Who Booked, Who Paid, Who Came.
Every session keeps its own attendee list: name, ticket, booked or included, what they paid and when they first came through the door. Download Spreadsheet saves it as an .xlsx file, and Insights adds bookings, takings and attendance for your most-booked sessions.

One Count. Every Door Device.
Every phone at a session door shows the same running count of people admitted, against the session's capacity and the places booked, refreshed every 10 seconds. It counts arrivals, not occupancy: there are no exit scans.
- Re-entry: someone back from a call gets in again, flagged with the time they first entered.
- Per session, not per room: access follows the session, and a session scan is not an entrance check-in.
