Hello, My Name Is (Spelled Exactly How They Typed It).
Design delegate, speaker, exhibitor and VIP badges on a millimetre canvas and bind every line to the registration record: name, company, pass type, ticket number or any answer on your form. Fixing their typos is still your job.

Every Line Bound. Every Millimetre Yours.
The badge designer with the ticket barcode selected on an exhibitor badge: its note, its exact size and the fields around it.
-
Bound Fields
Text bound to the registration record: here, the exhibiting company and the stand number, straight from the form.
-
Ticket QR Code
The code door staff scan. It carries a code, never the person's details.
-
Ticket Barcode
A Code 128 barcode of the nine-digit ticket number, drawn at print time with the number under the bars.
-
Real Millimetres
Position and size in millimetres: this barcode is 60 mm wide, and the panel suggests at least 40 mm for reliable scanning.
-
Front and Back
Design both sides of a folded badge; they print on one sheet, ready to fold.
-
Elements
Custom text, dynamic fields, images, the ticket QR code and the ticket barcode.
Trust Paper. Not Pixels.
Today text can print larger in the PDF than it looks in the editor, so fill in sample values, download the PDF and print one test badge on your real stock before anyone else's.

Four Pass Types. Four Designs, One Event.
Each ticket group carries its own badge design, so the layout follows the person. Want speakers to look different from delegates? Give them their own pass type.
The Delegate Badge.
Name First.
Name in large type, job title and company under it, the ticket QR in the middle and the pass type at the foot.
- Bound: first and last name, job title, company and ticket type
- Your own text: DELEGATE, in the colour you chose
:quality(85))
The Speaker Badge.
Same Event, Own Look.
A design of its own for the Speakers group: company in violet and SPEAKER in letters a steward can read across the foyer.
- Own design: for the Speakers ticket group
- Same data: the registration record fills every line
:quality(85))
The Exhibitor Badge.
Stand and Barcode.
Company in orange, the stand number from a registration answer, and a Code 128 barcode of the nine-digit ticket number under the QR.
- Any form answer: here, the stand number
- Ticket barcode: optional, on any badge or ticket design
:quality(85))
The VIP Badge.
Spot Them at Twenty Paces.
Hosted buyers get amber. Whether colour prints depends on your printer: direct thermal printers print in black.
- Colour per design: background and text colours on each side
- Their language: badges can print in each attendee's own language

Designer Questions. Before the Print Shop Asks.
What sizes can I design event badges in?
Presets cover 4x6 in, A6, A5, A4 and Letter, each with bleed set to the commercial standard, and any custom size up to 1,000 mm a side, so a 4x3 in landscape badge or a 90 x 60 mm holder insert is two numbers typed in.
Can delegates, speakers and exhibitors get different badge designs?
Yes. Each ticket group has one badge design, so every pass type prints in its own layout and colours. Audiences that share a ticket group share a design, so give them separate groups if they need separate badges.
Which attendee details can appear on a badge?
Full name, first or last name, email, company, pass type, ticket group, the nine-digit ticket number and the answer to any question on your registration form, plus the QR code door staff scan, an optional barcode of the ticket number, your own text and your logos. Badges print in your primary language, or in each attendee's own if you switch that on.
Can I design a folded badge with a front and a back?
Yes. Choose a vertical or horizontal fold and design each side; both print on one sheet, ready to fold. Print a test badge and check the back after folding before printing anyone else's.
Will the printed badge look exactly like the designer screen?
Trust the PDF preview over the canvas, because it is rendered the same way as the printed badge. Today text can print larger in the PDF than it looks in the editor, so print one test badge on your real stock first.
Does the badge designer cost extra?
No. It is on every seat, nothing is priced per badge or per design, and you can build and preview your badges in the free trial before you publish.
