What marketers and agencies ask before they put a client's name on an event page.
How far does our branding go on the event pages?
Your colours, fonts, logos, hero banner and favicon on every event page, set per event, plus button and menu wording in each language, a checkout success page you can edit in full and up to 10 promo images and 10 highlights. You make the changes on the page itself, with a phone-sized preview. There is one page design with a classic or wide hero, and your brand drives it; there is no custom CSS or HTML.
Can our event pages live at our own address?
Every organisation can claim youraddress.eventcloud.io on every plan, including the trial, with no DNS work, and your team signs in and works there too. Pick it carefully, because it locks when you first save it. Want the event pages on a domain you own instead? Enterprise is a conversation about your own domain.
Will confirmation emails come from our domain?
Yes, once your owner verifies your sending domain with the DNS records we give you, DKIM and SPF included, and chooses the region your email sends from: Ireland, North Virginia, Sao Paulo or Tokyo. Each organisation has one sending domain.
Where does eventcloud's name still appear?
In a small "Powered by eventcloud" line in the footer of your public event pages, on your team's sign-in screen and dashboard sidebar, and in Stripe's mandate text on your own eventcloud subscription. Your attendees pay at a checkout that runs on your own Stripe account.
