What Gets Counted

What Each Bill Counts.

Units, never amounts. What a vendor counts tells you how the bill moves when your event grows.

eventcloud Counts

Team seats

Events, registrations and attendees are not counted.

Eventtia Counts

Registrations, as credits

One credit per registration, 250 in each licence below Enterprise, valid for 12 months, with top-ups beyond. Admin seats come by plan: one, two or three, and per admin on Enterprise ET2.

Units from Eventtia's pricing page, checked 27 October 2026. What unlimited covers, and the few limits that remain, is just below.

Unlimited, with the Small Print Printed Large.

Here is everything we do limit, and none of it expires.

Unlimited events, registrations and attendees on every plan. We count team seats, not tickets, so your bill does not rise because your event sells out. The limits that do exist are operational, not commercial: 99 of one ticket type per order line, 10,000 orders per Excel export, five languages per event, and one subdomain and one sending domain per organisation.

For Agencies

For Agencies: One Login, an Organisation per Client.

Run each client as its own organisation, and switch between them from one login. Inside each one, nothing counts events, registrations or attendees, and nothing expires after 12 months.

  • Each client, its own address: every client organisation gets its own subdomain and sending domain, with its own colours, logos, banner and favicon on the event pages.
  • Each client, its own money: card revenue settles in each client's own Stripe account.
  • The caveat, in plain words: each client organisation carries its own subscription, there is no parent account above them, and anyone who works across clients counts as a seat in each.
  • Branding, honestly: the public footer says Powered by eventcloud. Anything beyond that is an Enterprise conversation.

Fair Questions

Eventtia vs eventcloud, Answered.

How much does Eventtia cost?

Eventtia's pricing page lists Essential at $1,650 a year with 250 attendee credits and one admin seat, Premium at $2,500 with two admins and Networking at $3,500 with three, each with 250 credits; Enterprise is licensed per admin and usually starts above $12,000 a year. One credit covers one registration and credits last 12 months (Eventtia pricing page, checked 27 October 2026). eventcloud counts team seats, not registrations. Our own plans are on the pricing page. You can build the whole event, rehearse checkout with Stripe test cards and rehearse check-in on a draft event for free; you subscribe when you are ready to publish.

Can an agency run several clients?

Yes. Each client runs as its own organisation with its own subdomain, sending domain, Stripe account and subscription, and one person can switch between organisations from one login. Each organisation is billed on its own, and a person counts as a seat in every organisation they belong to.

Can we approve who registers for an invitation-only event?

Coming soon: approval and invite-only registration, with access codes. Today private ticket groups are reachable only by a secret link, promo codes can be restricted to named email domains, and you can hold a place for someone and send them a payment link.

Can we print badges at the entrance?

Yes. Turn any laptop and the printer beside it into a self-service Badge Kiosk: visitors type their ticket number, check their badge and print it, and printing checks them in. You can also print any attendee's badge from the dashboard before the doors open, on 4x6 inch, A4, A5, A6, Letter or custom stock. The phone scanner your door staff use does not print. Eventtia's host app prints a badge on each successful entry scan.

Does check-in work offline?

Coming soon: offline check-in. Today eventcloud's browser check-in and the Badge Kiosk need a connection, so plan Wi-Fi or mobile data at the door. Eventtia's host app keeps scanning offline.

Is there a limit on registrations?

No.
