Roadshow
A roadshow takes the same event on tour: a product launch, a customer briefing or a training day repeated in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, or across a string of US cities. Each stop has its own date, venue and capacity, but the content, branding and registration questions are shared. The work is all in the repetition, and a roadshow built by copying a spreadsheet for every city soon has one city with the wrong venue address in its confirmation email.
In both markets a roadshow is a roadshow, and industry analysts group roadshows with hosted conferences as a use case. In finance the word means something narrower: a company presenting to investors before raising money.
Each city can be its own eventcloud event on your branded events gallery, and every confirmation carries a calendar file for that stop. Coming soon: event cloning.
