What's the minimum number of users I need?▾

One. A single-user subscription unlocks the entire platform with unlimited use. That's one user, not the start of a bullet list. Run as many events as one organiser can handle.

Are there any hidden fees, transaction or per-ticket fees?▾

No. We don't charge per-ticket fees, booking fees, service fees or transaction fees. Ticket revenue goes straight into your own Stripe account. The only charge outside your subscription is Stripe's standard card processing, which Stripe sets and we never touch.

Can I add or remove users during my subscription?▾

Absolutely, any time from the Members page. Add users as your team grows, or remove them when your team changes.

Can I use eventcloud for free events too?▾

Yes. Free, paid or a mix of both, the price you pay is the same. There's no cap on free registrations and no per-attendee fees for no-shows or free tickets.

What happens to my data if my subscription ends?▾

It stays in eventcloud for 14 days. Reactivate within that window and your events, attendees and forms are exactly as you left them. After 14 days the data is automatically deleted.

Do you offer a free trial or a demo?▾

Both. Sign up and build your event for free with no time limit; you only need an active subscription to publish and sell tickets. Or book a demo and we'll walk you through it. We genuinely love doing demos.

Which currencies can I pay in?▾

USD, GBP and EUR. Your attendees can also be charged in the currency that suits each event.

Do you offer charity or non-profit pricing?▾

Yes. Registered charities, state and government schools, and religious non-profit organisations can apply for eventcloud free for life, for up to 3 users. Applications are reviewed case by case and we ask for proof of status. Read the full charities and schools offer.

Which event types does eventcloud suit?▾

Every in-person event type runs on the same flat plan. Two of the most common are conferences and corporate events, each with a dedicated guide to the features that matter.
